The only problem I have with St. Patrick's Day is that when I celebrate it, I actually know my shizz. I wear ORANGE, because my family is from the Protestant side. Green represents the Catholic side. Of course, there's that whole civil warring thing so it may (or may not) piss some other Irish off but whatev... I think the thing that made me laugh and cry a little inside today was someone talking about how America "stole" this holiday just to turn it into a reason to drink. When in reality, it's a holiday created FOR the Irish immigrants of this country. Goes to show you how people will celebrate ANYTHING while knowing NOTHING about it.
