I swear to you I have seen these all while living in this apartment complex:
- Driving through the complex with trash on roof of their car.
- Riding bike while holding trash in one hand.
- Pushing it on a skateboard.
- Driving with it on the trunk (not in trunk, on).
- Driving with it on the hood of their car.
- Pushing it on top of babies stroller.
- Holding leash controlling kid in one hand, dragging trash with other.
- Open truck containing trash bouncing along.
- Man smoking cigarette and talking on cellphone while girlfriend carries garbage.
- Dog carrying trash bag in mouth.
- RARELY backseat of car or within closed trunk.

With each new ……… creative………….revelation my mouth dropped wider and wider
Then I realized I was attracting flies from the, well, you know.
Our elderly neighbors left us a note on our front door kindly reminding us that trash days were Mon and Thurs. I had no idea. I appreciated their unsolicited assistance (seriously!!!)
People are crazy, plain and simple. I’m sure I forgot some of the gems people do here to take out their garbage.
lol Love the advice/assistance. You should have been like “Well we leave our trash out all week since YOU NEVER KNOW if they will show up on a RANDOM DAY.”
I admit I’ve done the trash on the roof/hood/trunk of the car thing. LOL
