I always used to buy the larger size cause I hate feeling muffin-toppy from the tights that are ever so slightly too small. However, the larger ones sometimes get baggy around my ankles. Sucks either way. Also the smaller size sometimes doesn't make it all the way to my crotch and then it feels weird - like I'm sagging my tights. I’m dealing with this today.
