I'm a 25 year old college graduate struggling to make the adjustment into the adult world. Here I reflect upon life, being an adult, family, friends, love, and laughter. I just moved back to the northwest from the south and am loving it.

The Author

My name is Anne and this is my blog. I’m a twenty-five year old female who just graduated from college (again) and is on my way to taking over the world. I just moved from Jacksonville, FL back to my native state where I grew up, Washington! Mack and I missed it so much and already are loving being back. I come from a large family, being the youngest of six and the only girl. My parents are surprised I am only moderately weird instead of “completely bat-shit crazy” weird.

I live with my boyfriend Mack who gets me despite him always telling me I’m so weird and random (yeah, but he’s dating me so who is weirder, really?). We met in Phoenix, Arizona where I lived for just over a year and miss dearly. We also have three neurotic cats named Blue (after the wine brand) and Brutus (after the Caesar character), and Bucky (who we found under a car and was named after the Get Fuzzy character). We also have a sugar glider and a bunch of fish in three fish tanks. All of this is crammed into the finished basement we are renting at my brothers house.

I work. I play. I love to travel and adore sleeping in. This is my blog. This is my life.

“WhoahGirl?”

I went to art school. That said, it’s not that I can’t spell, but that I am “creative” which often translates to “eccentric”. For some reason I have always liked spelling “whoa” as “whoah”. Perhaps since it puts more emphasis on the depth of the whoa-ness of it all.
